ABOUT US MISSION STATEMENT Argentina Concert Tours’ mission is to deliver high-quality performance tours at a solid value through personalized, attentive one-to-one customer service. ACT strives to get you the most for your money, which we achieve through our extensive network of contacts and close collaboration with our partners in Argentina. WE ARE THE ARGENTINA CONCERT TOUR EXPERTS ACT is based in Buenos Aires, the capital of Argentina. This gives us an enormous advantage over other tour companies in organizing concert tours to this country. We can meet with choral directors, festival organizers, and leading officers of musical organizations on a moment’s notice and get things done face-to-face. Other companies might have one or two contacts in Argentina and travel there on an occasional basis, but this would hardly qualify them as experts. WE LEAD ALL OF OUR CONCERT TOURS Being based in Argentina, we personally lead all of our tours. While our local Tour Managers are excellent (we have screened many tour managers and kept the best) we like to impose an extra measure of quality control over our tours to make sure they are run as smoothly as possible, so we accompany and oversee all of them. We have been accused of being “obsessive” and “perfectionists” but we do not see these as bad qualities! PEOPLE-TO-PEOPLE INTERACTION We meet many people from all walks of life in Argentina. This enables us to arrange people-to-people activities, especially of a community service nature, such as spending time with and helping disadvantaged children at orphanages, rural schools, children’s hospitals, and other non-governmental aid organizations.
